To deepen this connection and help our community truly understand what makes authentic olive oil so special, we have entered into a partnership with the EVOO School – one of the leading Italian centers for olive oil knowledge and tasting culture.

The EVOO School, based in Rome, was founded by the 'Coldiretti National Confederation' and the 'National Association of Agrotechnicians and Graduated Agrotechnicians'. Its mission is to advance the olive oil market through cultural and educational projects, involving national and international partners from business, research, and public institutions.
The EVOO School is dedicated to the dissemination of knowledge and appreciation surrounding extra virgin olive oil – from sensory perception to assessing the highest quality standards in production.
The main goals of the EVOO School are:
Training and qualifying professionals who can support businesses in the olive oil sector
Promoting knowledge about 'extra virgin olive oil' through courses, seminars, and university-level programs
Encouraging innovative research on the health benefits of EVOO and table olives
Raising awareness among students, consumers, farmers, mill operators, buyers, and hospitality professionals about EVOO and table olives
